These terms apply to your use of this website and to cleaning services provided by Alpine Eco Services Pty Ltd. Engaging us for a service constitutes acceptance of these terms alongside the final written scope confirmed for your booking.
Indicative quotations
Prices displayed on this website (including End of Lease estimates) are indicative only. Indicative prices may change based on property condition, access, size, additional rooms, appliances, carpet requirements and requested add-on services.
Final written scope
The scope, inclusions, exclusions and price for your booking are confirmed in writing before work commences. That final written scope prevails over any earlier indicative pricing.
GST
Prices are inclusive of GST where applicable unless stated otherwise.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed in writing at the time of booking. Invoices are payable by the due date noted.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Bookings can generally be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Cancellations made close to the booking time may attract a fee to cover team scheduling and travel; the applicable notice period is confirmed at booking.
Property access
You are responsible for arranging safe and lawful access to the property at the confirmed time. If access is not available on arrival, a call-out fee may apply.
Utilities
Working power, water and lighting must be available at the property for the duration of the clean. Where any of these are unavailable, we may be unable to complete parts of the scope.
Unsafe conditions
We reserve the right to pause or decline any work where site conditions present a health or safety risk. We will discuss options with you before proceeding.
Existing damage and delicate surfaces
We take care with all property. Pre-existing damage, wear, stains, or delicate surfaces are noted where possible. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or for damage that occurs to fragile items or surfaces that were not appropriate for the recommended cleaning method.
Additional work
Any work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only performed with your written approval.
Excluded work
Certain tasks fall outside our scope, including but not limited to structural repairs, mould remediation, biohazard cleaning, heights work requiring specialised equipment, and any work requiring specialised licensing we do not hold.
End of Lease limitations
End of Lease cleaning is designed to support final inspection preparation. Outcomes with individual property managers or landlords depend on many factors outside our control (property condition, wear and tear, previous cleaning standards). Where our scope permits, we address reasonable inspection feedback related to areas we cleaned.
Carpet and stain limitations
Carpet cleaning results depend on carpet age, fibre, existing damage and stain type. Some stains, marks and wear are permanent and cannot be removed by cleaning.
Promotion terms
Any promotional pricing is subject to its published promotion terms.
Complaints
Please contact us within a reasonable time if you are not satisfied with a completed service so we can review and, where appropriate, arrange a re-clean of the affected area under the agreed scope.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
